About Me

My family and I have nested here in West Seattle since 1989. I graduated from Brenneke Masssage School in 1994 when Brenneke was celebrating their 20th anniversary and just before our child was born.

I've focus my training in understanding the relationship between one's body posture, flexibility, strength, and one's life's activities like work and sports.  All along I've continued perfecting my technique and approach providing a very effective treatment with minimal discomfort.

Early on in my career I had trained in Myofascial Release (some folks refer to it as "Deep Tissue"), sports massage, and many advanced massage treatment techniques to help clients break the patterns of long-term chronic conditions. I enjoyed 6 years as part of the Washington Sports Massage Team, working at events such as the Seattle to Portland (STP) bike ride, Seattle Marathon, Danskin triathlon and more. I find it satisfying to help people realize they do not have to live with chronic pain, and that they can take an active role in maintaining their own well-being through massage, stretches, and exercise.
